Are your products authentic?

In one word, YES, all our products are absolutely genuine.

We source our products directly from the manufacturers here in Japan and can guarantee their authenticity.

I am looking for a product that is not listed, can you get it?

If you need a product from the brands we carry that is not listed, or from a different Japanese brand, contact us directly and if it is available at the factory, then we will be able to get it for you.

The product I want to buy is listed on your website but do you really have it in stock?

On each product page you will be able to see the live availability of the products. If it says "in stock", then we have it and it is ready to be shipped. Some products need to be ordered and then it will take a few days to get them. In the rare cases where a product is out of stock at the manufacturer or needs more time to be made, we will contact you directly after we receive your order.

Can I choose the weight of my table tennis blade?

We are always happy to give you the weight of the blades that we have in stock and let you choose the one you prefer, in case we have several. Please contact us prior to ordering if you see a blade in stock and want to know its weight.

For the blades that are not in stock, unfortunately, we cannot give you the weight before ordering as the manufacturers do not weigh them or let us choose the weight when we place an order. As a result, we have to accept the products they send us, whatever the weight is.

If you have a specific request, we can try to source a blade from other authorised retail partners in Japan, if they have it in stock, but then we would have to buy the blade from them, at full retail price, and so our selling price would be higher. You can contact us if you are interested and we will be happy to assist.

Can you glue the rubber to my blade if I buy both at the same time?

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer glueing service.



Where do you ship and how long does it take?

We ship our products worldwide. During checkout, you can choose between DHL Express Worldwide, FEDEX International Priority and UPS Express Worldwide. All three are reliable options and the delivery time is between 2 and 5 days to most countries. As a reference, shipping to the USA takes between 2-3 days, and to most others between 3-5 days.

Please note that unfortunately at the moment we are unable to ship orders to BELARUS, RUSSIA, UKRAINE and PO boxes in the USA.

For orders to GREECE, we have experienced many issues during the customs clearance and high taxes are often required. As a result, we have removed it from the list of countries we ship to but we can still arrange a delivery there. Please contact us before ordering and we will arrange the delivery for you.

How much does the shipping cost? Do you offer free shipping?

We charge shipping at cost but do not offer free shipping.

The price is automatically calculated depending on the weight AND volume (called "Volumetric Weight") of the order and you can check the shipping price at any time, by entering your address in your cart, or when you checkout.

DHL, FedEx and UPS have different prices depending on the destinations but all three are reliable options with similar delivery times so you can choose the one that you prefer.

About Free Shipping and why we don't offer it:
We are often asked about free shipping. We choose to partner with only the most reliable shipping couriers currently available and let's be honest, shipping is never free. As a vendor, we can either include the shipping fee in the product price and offer "free" shipping, or charge it separately in a clear way. For the vast majority of the orders that we receive, it is actually cheaper for our customers to pay shipping separately and at cost, based exacly on what is ordered, rather than having inflated product prices in order to include the shipping in to them. So that's why we don't offer free shipping: because it is actually cheaper for you to pay it separately!

Do your prices include VAT/GST, import taxes and duty?

NO, the shipping price you pay is for the handling and shipping ONLY.

Any charges due to import duty and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please check with the respective authority to determine if any excess charges may be applicable.

Local import taxes may be collected by the delivering freight company depending on destination.

Where are you located and where will the products be shipped from?

We are located in Tokyo, Japan. All the products will be shipped from our Tokyo office here in Japan.

I am coming to Japan, can I visit your store?

Unfortunately we do not have a physical store and only sell through our website. However, we can ship your order to your hotel or any other address anywhere in Japan. Just give us the exact time and date you want it delivered. If it is a hotel, do not forget to mention the room number, phone number and make sure that the name matches your hotel reservation.



How Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

We dispatch orders on almost every working day so if you made a mistake or wish to cancel your order, please, contact us right away.

Can I return or exchange my gear?

We only accept returns in case of manufacturing defect for claims made within 30 days after purchase. For the return to be accepted, the gear must be unused and returned in its original packaging. If you want to return a gear, please contact us before sending anything to us. We will reject any parcel sent back to us without prior arrangement.
