RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY DETAILS


> IN CASE YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT

  • If you believe that you have received the wrong product or that it has a manufacturer defect, please contact us first and let us know what the problem is. Do not forget to mention your name and order number.
  • Requests should be received within 30 days from the delivery date of your order.
  • After the return is agreed, the Customer will be responsible for shipping the item back, or in some cases, NISHOHI will be able to arrange a pickup.
  • NISHOHI will not be held responsible for any lost or missing packages and we recommend you provide us with a tracking number if you return the products yourself.
  • Once the item is received and the problem confirmed, NISHOHI will either send a replacement product or issue a full refund for the product and the shipping paid, depending on what has been agreed with the Customer. The refund will be credited via the same payment method used to place the initial order.
  • Please note that this policy only covers items sold by NISHOHI with manufacturing defects or wrongly sent, it does not cover the normal wear and tear that result from the normal use of our products.

> IF YOU HAVE MADE A MISTAKE OR HAVE CHANGED YOUR MIND

  • If you decide to return or exchange a product bought from NISHOHI for your own convenience, please contact us first and let us know what you would like to do. Do not forget to mention your name and order number.
  • Requests should be received within 15 days from the delivery date of your order.
  • All products being returned must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging. NISHOHI reserves the right to decline a return request on opened, used merchandise that is not in a condition deemed acceptable.
  • The Customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to NISHOHI prior to any refund being issued. The Customer is responsible for bearing the shipping costs associated with the product return.
  • In case of an exchange, the Customer will also bear the shipping costs associated with shipping the replacement product.
  • NISHOHI will not be held responsible for lost or missing packages sent back to us and we recommend that you use a safe shipping method with a tracking number for all returned merchandise.
  • Once the item is received and we have confirmed the condition of the product, NISHOHI will either send a replacement product or issue a refund equal to the price paid for the product only, depending on what has been agreed with the Customer. The refund will be credited via the same payment method used to place the initial order.
