Its plastic cylinder with a sliding closure ensures the ribbon stays securely in place during transportation to and from training or competitions.
The inner cylinder with a button makes it easy to attach and detach the ribbon, allowing for quick setup and disassembly.

Note:

1. Open the sliding closure and press the button to reveal the inner cylinder.
2. Insert the ribbon into the opening at either end of the inner cylinder and release the button to secure it.
3. Use your fingers to spin the side wheel clockwise, winding the ribbon around the inner cylinder and close the sliding closure.
